Thomas Kern, who started the business in 1989, is now in business with his two sons. Miles Kern and Spencer Kern. Together we are bringing years of experience and energy to our projects.
We manage our projects and encourage the owners to be a big part of every aspect so that communication and decision making is always at the for front. We are on the job every day! With a core group of sub contractors, our jobs move forward quickly.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Project development is an important part of any project. Choosing who you’re going to work with and having that person involved during this process is important for everyone. We prefer to be involved with planning and all aspects before construction starts. This develops the relationship and trust before the actual work starts and also defines the cost as the project develops.
Construction management

All projects require some level of management. A complete new home or renovations requires a lot of management. We are on the project everyday with our employees or subcontractors to make sure all details are correct.
