CASE STUDY

Ben Lomond: Tucked Hideaway

Hideaway house. The owner and I worked to create this tucked away hide out. With a mid century vibe, he wanted a clean look that was very livable. This house lends itself to an inside/outside living style. Lots of details and quality materials. Only 2 bedrooms and one bath, it feels much larger than it is. Very fun home.

A modern house with large glass windows and an outdoor patio, illuminated at dusk, surrounded by a sandy yard with desert plants and installed lights.
Modern kitchen with white countertops, a built-in sink, and large windows showcasing a mountain view and outdoor patio.
Living room with a gray sofa, colorful pillows, a coffee table with a blue bowl, a white fireplace, large windows showing a scenic outdoor view, a flat-screen TV, and a modern kitchen in the background.
